Reiki
Reiki brings universal life energy directly to the places in your body, mind, or energy field where it’s needed most.
During the session, I gently guide the energy through your chakra system — from crown to root — using light hand placements. Each chakra is intuitively nourished, aligned, or cleared, depending on what your system asks for.
There’s nothing you need to do.
