Energy: it's everything around us

The world — and everything in it and beyond — is made up of energy.

Everything around us consists of 99.99% empty space.

We as humans (and animals and objects) are made of tiny particles: atoms. The size of an atom is determined by the space between its nucleus and outer shell. The nucleus of an atom is about 100,000 times smaller than the atom itself. Electrons, protons, and neutrons create its mass.

You don’t have to remember all those scientific terms —what it comes down to is this:the “empty” matter we’re made of... is energy.

When we touch or feel one another, we don’t literally make contact with someone’s atoms. What we feel is the electromagnetic force of our own body repelling the electrons of another —similar to how magnets attract or repel each other.

The same goes for emotions, thoughts, and even the words we speak — they are all forms of energy. You may not always see energy, but you often feel it.Think of the mood in a room full of people…or the warmth and presence of a teammate during a game.

That means: what you radiate, you attract.

Still with me?

When you wake up grumpy, your energy is lower than usual.Have you noticed how those days seem to go completely sideways? That’s because your mindset already set the tone.If your thoughts and emotions are negative, you’re likely to attract more of the same. Not fun — but it makes sense.

When you’re in a positive mood, everything seems to flow.Plus, positive energy is contagious. If you're cheerful, there's a good chance your coworker will pick up on that energy too.

You’ve probably heard the phrase:“Treat others the way you want to be treated.”That’s directly tied to energy — and to the law of attraction:like attracts like on an energetic level. It’s all about energy.

Everything you think and dream is energy.

Everything that happens in your mind carries a certain level of energetic charge. And the number of thoughts you create? Endless! We actually communicate through our thoughts much more often than we realize. We just haven’t fully learned — consciously — how to do it.

Imagine being able to have a full conversation without ever moving your mouth…

You’ve probably had this happen before:You think of a friend… and just as your phone rings, it’s them calling you! That’s a perfect example of how just a single thought can already move someone else into action.

As you can see — your thoughts are incredibly powerful…
